I’m known for setting big, sometimes outrageous goals — and for the next nine months, I’m working toward another one.
But I also know I can’t do it alone. So I reached out to my go-to coach, for extra guidance in the gym, and to the brilliant for support with nutrition and movement adjustments.
And here’s the wild part:
In just three weeks, with small tweaks to my existing plan, committing to the four workouts/week Laura and Kate recommended (instead of my “maybe three”), pushing heavier weights instead of staying comfortable, and increasing my already solid protein intake…
I’m already seeing real, visible changes.
The road ahead is long, but I’m excited for it. Consistency adds up faster than you think — and if I can make progress this quickly, anyone can.
Here’s to showing up, doing the work, and crushing my goals next summer 💪
