Meet our New student Clinician !
Samantha offers compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and trauma-related challenges. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Laurentian University.
With over five years of experience in frontline support services, Samantha has worked as a Client Support Worker, Project Lead, and Emergency Response Specialist, supporting individuals in both community and crisis settings. These roles have strengthened her ability to provide calm, empathetic, and grounded care during times of stress and vulnerability.
She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and develop practical coping strategies that support meaningful, values-driven change.
Samantha is passionate about supporting individuals experiencing emotional distress, life transitions, stress, and personal challenges. She is committed to providing thoughtful, strengths-based support to clients navigating difficult circumstances, helping them build resilience, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth. Samantha works with diverse individuals across a range of backgrounds, offering a safe and collaborative space to explore concerns and foster lasting change.
