We’ve optimized everything — except our relationship with the earth.

Not constant stimulation.

Not screens at midnight.

The body remembers what safety feels like.

And often… it’s found outside.

Step into the ocean.
Put your feet on the soil.
Look up at the night sky.

You don’t need to force healing.

You need to remember where you belong. 🌎✨
