How to practice self-compassion:

• Speak to yourself with kindness and encouragement
• Recognize that setbacks are part of the journey
• Celebrate small victories and progress
• Forgive yourself for past mistakes
• Take care of your physical and emotional needs
• Ask for help when you need it
• Remember: You're doing your best
