Yesterday in my meditation I started channeling my late friend and teacher . He’s a spirit guide who comes through effortlessly. I asked him to show me a sign that he was with me. He said, “I will be the sign.” Then, I opened my notebook to journal with him and this was the page I landed on ♥️
