Food noise isn’t a willpower problem, it doesn’t get quieter with more control. Better nourishment, more flexibility, and holistic support can all help.

Why do we care so much about protein?
Protein isn’t just about muscle.

It’s made up of amino acids, the building blocks your body uses to create hormones, enzymes, and signaling pathways working quietly in the background every day.

Everyone has different protein needs based on their body and goals, but a great baseline goal if you’re a woman who feels like your protein intake could be better - aim for at least 30g of protein per meal.

Your dream body doesn’t come with a healed relationship with food or yourself. It can often add new layers of complexity into these areas. Working on your body isn’t wrong, but the emotional work done alongside it matters just as much.

What if you reach your goal, and you still see your body/self through a critical lens?

Is the emphasis on your body an outlet for deeper issues?

If you’re working to change how your body looks, how are you showing yourself love in the process? *.❤︎₊ ⊹

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here

I’m a registered dietitian and I created this space for people who are tired of fighting with food and with themselves. If you’ve ever felt caught between wanting to care for your body and wanting peace around eating, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. I believe that nourishment is about more than numbers or rules. It’s about learning to listen to your body, building habits that feel steady and sustainable, and creating a relationship with food that supports both your physical and emotional well-being.

Here, you’ll find gentle guidance, practical tools, and honest conversations about the culture around body image. My hope is that this page feels like a quiet, supportive corner of the internet where you can breathe, learn, and reflect on what it means to take care of yourself.

Thank you for being here ♥︎
