Let’s talk about ANXIETY 👇🏼👇🏽👇🏿

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health struggles. It’s the result of your nervous system’s normal (yet often unpleasant) response to the way we perceive certain situations.

This response can leave you feeling overwhelmed, fearful or stuck in a pattern of worry that you may find impossible to escape from.

Over time, these affects can lead you to avoid certain situations altogether, in an effort to prevent the unnerving sensations that accompany them.

If you are struggling to cope with anxiety, we invite you to sign up for our new online group:

BREAKING THE CYCLE OF ANXIETY

Facilitated by Registered Social Worker Paige Mowbray and Registered Clinical Counsellor Lisa Cavey, this 4-week, online, evidence-based support group is designed to provide you with new tools to manage your anxiety when it arises.

You’ll learn about:
🔅 the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion
🔅 how to use these powerful tools to significantly reduce feelings of anxiety.

By the end of the course:
🔅 you’ll walk away feeling more in-control of your mind and body
🔅 you’ll have the tools needed to bring back a sense of calm into your life.

This group is intended for adult women who:

✔️ Struggle with mild to moderate anxiety

✔️ Are looking for education and practical strategies to manage anxiety

✔️ Are committed to taking action and practicing the tools provided

Follow the link to learn more and secure your early bird discount before May 6th! ✨
