My personal experience:The magic effect of Dai meridian.

Some women has bad period pain.I am lucky to have never cramps.But there is a strange symptom. When my period come,the right leg will swell pain,until my period finish.I had been to hospital examination and therapy when I was younger.But the examination results was the symptom that unknown reason causes.After that I let it go.

Until I fell into a strong interest in TCM meridians and acupoint therapy and efficacy.I experimented and fumbled on myself,my family and clients to verify the efficacy of each meridian and acupoint.What surprised and excited me was the Dai meridian.

At the beginning of the Dai meridian to find acupoints,some acupoints gently touch,I was so sensitivity pain.And it has been downward radiation.At that time ,I did not realize the pain on my right leg every period.The acupoints are no more pain after I massage 5 months.

I was surprised to find that the recently two period,the right leg no pain. Puzzle me for decades of pain ,actually the answer is on the Dai meridian.

I am wondering whether the ladies who has cramps can also be solved through the natural therapy. I hope I can help you.
