Anastasia’s journey began in medical school in Russia, where she earned her MD in 2015 and developed a deep understanding of the human body. Even during her university years, she was already actively practicing massage therapy, gaining valuable hands-on experience and refining her intuitive approach to bodywork.
After moving to Canada, Anastasia continued her professional path in therapeutic bodywork and further expanded her expertise by completing her Osteopathy training in 2024.
