Before HealthQb, Kevin battled with chronic pain and struggled to find his purpose. ⁠ ⁠

Despite trying many different things, he could not find a sense of clarity or fulfillment, leaving him feeling lost and unsure about his path in life.⁠ ⁠

After 4 months in the program, Kevin started to notice patterns in his thoughts and behaviours and was able to challenge them more productively. He began to feel more in control of his mentality and has a much clearer sense of purpose and direction. 👏⁠ ⁠

Even so, it’s pretty normal to feel skeptical about journaling. That’s why we wanted to share the “why” behind this practice and how it can become an important part of daily or weekly routine.

1️⃣ Emotional Release: Journaling provides a safe space to express and process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Putting your inner world onto paper helps you release stored emotions and gain clarity.

When Mike first enrolled in the HealthQb program, he was struggling with anxiety, fatigue, and other symptoms of burnout. 😪

He was curious to learn more about his nervous system and to see what improvements, if any, he could experience from monitoring its health and resilience.

After 12 months on the program, Mike saw an outstanding 72.9% increase in his HRV, an objective marker of health and well-being. 🎉

One of the biggest things that helped him on his journey was having access to objective data that correlated with how he was feeling on a given day. ⌚

“I think most importantly for me though, is the ability to have a conversation with myself about acceptance. HealthQb opens the door for root cause healing. Some people need to see data that impacts their Biopsychosocial daily habits, not just the physical pain they feel.”
