💚​​UBC Phi Lambda Sigma is thrilled to shine the spotlight on our outstanding student leader for January ☃️ and our fourth spotlight this academic year!💚

Megan is a 3rd year pharmacy student passionate about leadership, mentorship, and building supportive, inclusive communities within the profession. Since her first year, she has served as a BCPhA student ambassador, advocating for student engagement and strengthening connections between pharmacy learners and the broader profession. She is also a student mentor, supporting students across all years through academic guidance and shared lived experiences. In addition, Megan works with UBC’s Centre for Accessibility as a note-taker and tutor for pharmacy courses, promoting equity and accessibility in education. She co-founded Rx Run Club to foster community and connection among pharmacy students. Motivated by the impact pharmacists can have beyond patient care, she hopes to continue advancing initiatives focused on mentorship, inclusive practices, and pharmacy advances throughout her career.

The PLS x Heart Leadership Conference 💚💛is dedicated to inspiring and developing leadership skills among pharmacy students. It features engaging sessions led by industry professionals, faculty, and community leaders on topics such as mental health, entrepreneurship, and career development. By participating, you will gain substantial leadership skills and contribute to our mission of fostering leadership, advancing pharmacy education, and building a strong community of future leaders. 💊🥼🩺

📅 Date: Friday, February 27th, 2026

⏰ Time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
*(5-5:45PM will be dinner, booths and LinkedIn headshots, opening ceremony will start at 5:45PM in PHRM 1101)
