New Clinic! 🚨📣

8 months later… and here we are! This journey has been full of ups and downs, but seeing the vision finally come alive has made every step worth it.

We feel so grateful to have teamed up with .design.studio and .construction on this project. Mesh Design Studios, thank you for the creativity and thoughtful details you put into every part of this space, and to Enduro for the amazing quality and service you brought to every step of the process. From early drawings, choosing colour schemes, to those 7:30am site meetings, working with you both was such a pleasure.

And to our clients — thank you so much for your patience as we made this transition into our new home. Our goal has always been to provide the best care possible, and with this new space, we’re excited to keep raising the bar for each and every one of you. Thank you for supporting us — and as always, we’ll keep showing up to support you.

PHYSIO x YOGA

Last week, our physiotherapist Brian had the pleasure of teaming up with yoga instructor Cecile Kim.

Together, they led a class designed to blend the principles of physiotherapy with the flow of yoga — an approach that speaks to both curious newcomers and those who appreciate structure and purpose in their movement.

It was a great introduction to mindful movement, with a special focus on addressing the common aches and stiffness that come from long hours of sitting at work.

Whether you’re dealing with discomfort, looking to improve flexibility and mobility, build postural awareness, or simply unwind — small changes in how we move can have a big impact on how we feel throughout the day.

This was a fun and energizing sessions and it was great to see everyone moving!
