Lately we’ve both been noticing how many people are just… tired.

Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Always on, always doing, and not really getting a moment to just be.

This retreat was created from that place.

A space to slow down
to be taken care of
and to reconnect with yourself and something deeper.

Okay, let me explain.

Ever feel like food is running the show?

Cravings that feel out of control, guilt after eating, energy crashes… and then the voice in your head criticizes the body you see in the mirror.

That’s exactly who I work with, women who’ve tried everything, spent years dieting, or find themselves using food as a crutch when emotions run high, or just feel stuck in patterns of all or nothing that never seem to go away.

I don’t tell anyone what to eat or expect “perfect” behavior.

What I do is help you understand your body, your cravings, and your patterns, so food stops feeling like the problem, and you start feeling steady, confident, and at ease in your body.

Last year, for my 40th birthday, and I visited the magical cenotes of Tulum. The ancient waters that were sacred to the Mayans, used for rituals, reflection, and connection with the divine.

Floating in the cool, crystal-clear water, I felt a deep sense of peace, grounding, and renewal, a reminder of the timeless wisdom held by nature and the ancients that I still can’t explain.

This year, on our retreat, we’ll have the incredible opportunity to hold our own sacred ceremony in a cenote, during our day trip from Isla Mujeres to Tulum. Surrounded by lush jungle and serene waters, it’s a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your feminine energy.

The cenotes aren’t just breathtaking, they are a living connection to ancient wisdom, inviting us to slow down, honor ourselves, and feel renewed from the inside out.

You don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen to feel prepared for the week. Just follow this Simple 3-Part Formula:

1️⃣ Protein – pick one or two you enjoy (this week I did pork tenderloin, but chicken, salmon, or beans work too)

2️⃣ Carb/Base – something filling and versatile (quinoa, rice, roasted potatoes, pasta)

3️⃣ Veggies – choose ones you’ll actually eat (I went with a fresh salad, but roasted or raw cut-up veggies are just as great)

Put those 3 together in a few containers and you’ve got balanced meals ready to go.
Bonus tip: prep for 3-4 days, not 7! It keeps things fresher and way less overwhelming.
