One of the biggest misconceptions about microdosing is that thereās a ācorrectā schedule.
There isnāt.
Research on microdosing is still developing, and protocols vary widely. A 2022 double-blind study published in eLife found that expectancy effects significantly influenced reported outcomes.
Which reminds us:
Awareness matters.
Other research (Ly et al., 2018) suggests psychedelics may temporarily increase neural plasticity ā meaning the brain becomes more adaptable.
But adaptability does not respond well to rigid rules.
Your nervous system is not a template.
Some people benefit from structured cycles.
Others from spacious intervals.
Some from intentional breaks.
What matters most is:
⢠starting gently
⢠observing patterns
⢠adjusting thoughtfully
⢠integrating consistently
Microdosing is not about following a trend.
Itās about listening to your system.
