Comment SWEET 🍫 and I’ll send you my 7 hormone-friendly chocolate recipes.

In honor of Heart Health Month & Love Day ♥️

I’m a big chocolate lover. When I balanced my hormones and lost 45 pounds, chocolate was the one thing I refused to give up.

And I didn’t.

I just learned how to enjoy it in a way that supports blood sugar, hormones, and heart health — instead of working against it.

Dessert isn’t forbidden.
How it makes you feel matters ✨

Indulge. Stay aligned. Feel good.

With love,
Tasha ♥️

Here’s what to do 👇

Feeling stuck even though you’re trying?

My 30-30-3 method keeps it simple:

30g protein
30g fiber
3 deep breaths before meals

It supports blood sugar, hormones, and your nervous system without extremes.

I have a 30g protein + high-fiber recipe that fits this perfectly.

Missing key ↓

That key is fiber.

⭐ Fiber supports digestion and helps reduce bloating.
⭐ Fiber improves fullness and appetite regulation.
⭐ Fiber supports balanced blood sugar, which is essential for hormone health.
⭐ Fiber supports estrogen detoxification through the gut.
⭐ Fiber plays a key role in cardiovascular health.

Fiber is still one of the most underrated nutrients I see with women 35+.

I generally recommend a minimum of 30g of fiber per day from real food.

If getting enough fiber feels hard, I’ve created a high-fiber recipe book to make this simple.

Comment FIBER and I’ll send you the details.
