If you’re raiding the pantry after dinner…
or picking while you cook đź‘€

Look earlier in the day.

I see this pattern often with women over 35.

They’re simply not fueling their body in a way that truly supports them earlier in the day.
So by evening, the body is trying to catch up.

It’s usually not a discipline problem.

Often it’s just a small shift in nutrition and lifestyle that helps your body feel more supported throughout the day.

This is one of the things I help women adjust inside my VIP coaching.

Happy International Women’s Day 🌷

Women do so much for everyone around them.
Today is also a reminder to take care of your own health.

The worst advice you can follow after 35?

“Just eat less.”

When progress stalls, most women try to shrink their portions.
Skip meals.
Cut carbs randomly.
Add more cardio.

And for a while, it feels like you’re “doing something.”

But then…

Energy dips.
Cravings spike.
Mood feels off.
The inches around the belly don’t move.

I enjoy good food. 🍝
I enjoy feeling satisfied. 🥗
I don’t want tiny plates.

And undereating never made my metabolism stronger.

After 35, blood sugar stability matters more.
When meals aren’t structured properly,
your body can become more protective.

When they are structured properly,

Progress becomes more predictable.
Energy feels steadier.
Brain fog isn’t as loud.
Mood feels more balanced.

It’s not about eliminating carbs.
It’s about eating them strategically.

That shift changed everything for me — and for the women I guide.

The 30–30 Midlife Plan rebuilds structure without extremes.

If I wanted to restart my metabolism in my 40s, I wouldn’t do what I did in my 20s.

Because after 40, the rules change.

Keeping muscle after 35 got easier when I stopped approaching it like I was still in my 20s.

For years I tried
Eating lighter
Doing more cardio
Shrinking my portions

And my midsection still stayed soft.

I love good food. 🍝
I enjoy dessert. 🍰
I don’t want tiny plates.

What kept me stuck wasn’t loving food.
It was not understanding how midlife metabolism shifts.

After 35, different things matter.

Blood sugar stability matters more.
Muscle support matters more.
Stress management matters more.

When I adjusted my strategy, everything changed.

I lost 45 pounds.
My midsection tightened.
I finally felt like myself again.

Not from restriction.
From structure.
From eating carbs strategically.
From building meals intentionally.
From supporting my body instead of fighting it.

Energy felt clearer.
Mood felt more balanced.

That’s the foundation of the 30–30 Midlife Plan.

If you’re over 35 and want simple, satisfying meals that support your metabolism and hormones instead of working against them,

You’re eating clean. 🥗
You’re working out. 🏋🏽‍♀️
You’re trying to stay consistent.

And still…

The inches won’t move.
Your midsection feels softer.
Energy dips hit harder than they used to.

That’s the frustrating part.
Because you care.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not “doing nothing.”
You’re trying.

But after 35, the body often responds differently.

Blood sugar fluctuations feel stronger.
Mood shifts feel sharper.
Brain fog shows up more easily.

And when results stall, the instinct is to eat even less.

That’s usually what keeps women stuck.

This stage of life requires a different strategy.
One that supports muscle.
Stabilizes blood sugar.
Allows you to eat carbs strategically, not fear them. 🍝
And still enjoy satisfying meals. 🥗🍰

When that shift happens, things start to feel steady again.

Progress feels possible.
Energy feels clearer.
Hormones feel more supported.

That’s what the 30–30 Midlife Plan is built around.

If you’re tired of doing everything “right” and still feeling stuck,

If you’re over 35 and:

• crashing by 3PM
• waking at 2AM wired
• holding weight you can’t explain
• feeling more anxious or reactive lately
• doing everything “right” but nothing is shifting

This isn’t random.

Midlife changes how your nervous system and hormones respond to stress, food, and restriction.

And most women are still trying to fix it with less food and more workouts.

That’s not the solution.

Inside my 1:1 support, we look at your patterns: blood sugar, cortisol rhythm, sleep, stress load and build structure that fits your body.

Not generic.
Not guesswork.
Not another reset.
