Afraid of dental needles? Laser therapy might ease the pain! 💉✨

A new systematic review and meta-analysis has found that photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) — also known as low-level laser therapy — may help reduce pain during dental injections in both adults and children.

🔍 What the research found:
✔️ PBMT showed a statistically significant reduction in pain during dental injections.
✔️ Most effective in studies involving adults and some pediatric trials.
✔️ Results suggest a promising, noninvasive approach to improve patient comfort at the dentist.
