Hola familia.

Here we are heading towards the end of another cycle 🌀

Winter Solstice approaches, bringing with it the darkest day of the year before the light starts to return. An archetypal moment of transformation where death and rebirth meet, giving us the opportunity to reflect upon our year and release what needs to die so that we can plant the seeds for what is to come.

In Toltec tradition this practice is called recapitulation. A fundamental technique for energetic & emotional “clearing”, where we are invited to reflect upon a period of time and call back the energy that got stuck, allowing for more clarity and presence.

With this in our Heart, we invite us all to take some time to walk through our year and notice:
What emerged this year (easy and difficult) that I feel grateful for?
What am I being invited to release with gratitude?
What am I invited to keep and nourish?
Where is my Heart more open?
Where is it tender?

Above are our offerings for December, including our Winter Solstice Ceremony where we will use a common method of recapitulation, breath. Hopefully you can join us!

May we keep walking together the path from Me to We.
