For the last three retreats the majority of men are returning participants, many of them have been to an entire handful of Reclamations.

Why? Isn’t the point of an “initiation” to do the thing and move forward?

The reason is because these men understand that they can always go deeper. That healing and growing isn’t a one time deal and should never be. That we are in a practice of healing our inner boy’s, liberating our expression, and cultivating resilience among many others.

These men are coming back to meet their next threshold, to get the reset on the nervous system, and above all to connect with nature and the men that rise to this occasion.

This is the largest symbol to us that we are on a great track with the work we are providing. Men are coming back, offering feedback to improve the experience, and inviting their friends.

The community grows not because of marketing skills(we are learning) but because men find more than just growth, they find brotherhood, and want to share this with the men they care about.

What is your dream life?

Is it, cars, followers, being a player?

Society pushes so much at us men to be able to sell us on their idea of success.

But we think success lies in our sense of connection. Connection to ourselves, to our partners, and families. Connection to the earth and a sense of purpose to take care of nature.
Connection to community and friends that have your back.

This is our dream life, and we are creating it. Not just in our own lives but by coming together to explore as a team how we can create a culture of healthy integral men in our greater neighborhood.

Expansive man events are coming back in full swing with weekly workouts+men's work in April. Our first level 2 training for other men to start running their own events in May.

Then of course our bi yearly modern day initiation Reclamation May 15-18. An intensive experience that meets men where they are at in building greater depth, confidence, and resilience.

Three years next week is when this brotherhood started🙏

When one single event sparked the flame that has brought hundreds of men together to meet each other eye to eye in the purpose of supporting each other to grow within themselves and connect as a pack, rather than lone wolves.

Over these three years we’ve learned a lot. As individuals, as a team, as a community. We’ve made mistakes, had ruptures, gone through hardship as individuals, but yet are still here, stronger than ever. Which gives us the confidence to bring forth the next chapter of EM.

We see the vision of how this work will go beyond events and expand into a community that feels like a village. A community network, youth initiations, co-ed spaces to learn and grow where everyone feels safe, and empowered to meet their edge.

This vision is something that we can’t jump to, it’s something we must move towards with grace.

So in this next chapter of 2026 our goal is to have more regular events, and focus on giving more opportunity for many newer facilitators among us to hold the space so we may broaden the foundation of our community. It’s time to grow, we are calling on you and our growing leaders to build this.

To give this growing foundation a home our first announcement of this new year is that we are launching our new site this Sunday along with a sale on tickets for the next Reclamation to celebrate. We plan to make it our largest event yet with two teams of 30 and would love you to be there.

We launch at 6:00pm Sunday and are excited to show you the new hub❤️‍🔥

Rise: The Embodied Masculine
January 3rd 12-5pm at the Vancouver

This collaboration between Expansive Man and Somatic Embodiment Academy is a 5-hour intensive for men to initiate their year ahead.

Led by Lion Carew and Tom Woods, you will be guided to see your full potential for 2026, to name what has been blocking you from already living it, and to meet those blocks with courage.

Through men’s work practices and embodied leadership work, you will step into the Warrior to face the wound that has been holding you back, and claim your authority as King.

Then we will bring it all to the body, integrating through a conscious connected breathwork circle.

Happy International Men’s Day

For many men, this day brings mixed emotions.
In a world where men are often portrayed through the lens of past harm, it can feel confusing, or even uncomfortable, to celebrate who we are.

But today is an invitation.

An invitation to stand in the light.
To remember that healing doesn’t come from hiding, apologizing for existing, or shrinking our essence. Healing comes from owning the fullness of who we are. Our gifts, our hearts, and the parts we are still learning to integrate.

You are not to blame for wounds of the world, but you are responsible for how you choose to walk now. When you own who you are you cultivate the leverage to not only enjoy your life, but to be of service to a better world.

When men choose ownership instead of avoidance…
When we listen deeply through unclouded hearts, to the earth, to women, to children, to our own bodies…
When we stand as teammates instead of rivals…

We become the kind of men who help communities heal.

And right now, more than ever, the world needs men who walk with grace, strength, humility, and love.

So today, we honor you.
The men doing the work.
The men choosing growth over numbness.
The men reclaiming their power for the good of all.

Reclamation: Warrior⚔️ Early Bird Opportunity Ends Aug 18th
