Did you know…
Acupuncture stimulates circulation, neuromodulation, and cellular repair pathways beneath the surface of the skin.

We are so excited to welcome you to a unique and rejuvenating evening at our Acupuncture Yoga Event, where movement, breath, and acupuncture come together in a deeply calming experience.

The class will begin with a 45 minute yoga flow to gently awaken the body, release tension, and calm the mind. Reminiscing on our last Acupuncture Sound Bath...
The room was still. The cello and every instrument resonated through each heart, and the energy was soft, grounding, and expansive.

It’s hard to fully describe the experience, but words like clear, light, restored, transformed, balanced, and connected were shared by those in the room that night.

These moments are our why to create time and space for our community to optimize, recalibrate, and just be present.
