Osteoporosis runs in my family. This article gives my mom, sister, and nieces a pathway to help reverse or prevent this disease. I will be adding these protocols into my own workouts, and sharing them with everyone I know.

Those who engaged in more intense bursts of activity saw their memory improve up to 30 per cent, but those who engaged in just moderate exercise or only stretching saw no average improvement.
