348 PRs didn’t happen because anyone was chasing numbers. They happened because people kept stacking reps, weeks, and habits—quietly and consistently.
These PRs reflect class-based training tracked in Wodify. And for those following personalized programming through CoachRx, your progress is built on the same foundation we value here: quality movement, consistency, smart training, and long-term health—just applied more individually.
Not all progress needs a leaderboard to matter.

Seeing names on attendance and PR boards isn’t about comparison. It’s proof of what’s possible when you keep showing up. That consistency sets the tone across our community.
Even small details stood out. Tuesday being our most attended day says a lot—life is already busy, and you still made it in. That’s real-life fitness.
What we’re most proud of is the culture behind it all:
