💪 Strength Collective workout: Upper Body Focus 💪

This functional fitness strength & conditioning session from our group classes will challenge your upper body strength, power, and conditioning, all in one!

Workout Breakdown:
Metcon 1 (Weight): Every 2:00 x6 → 12 DB Bench Press + 15/12 Cal Row/Bike/Skierg → Rest 2:00
Metcon 2 (Weight): Every 2:00 x6 → 12 DB Hang Squat Clean + 15/12 Cal Row/Bike/Skierg → Rest 2:00
Metcon 3 (Calories): Every 2:00 x6 → 1:00 Max Cal Row/Bike/Skierg → Rest remaining time

Scoring:
1️⃣ Weight in DBs (Metcon 1)
2️⃣ Weight in DBs (Metcon 2)
3️⃣ Total Calories (Metcon 3)
⏱ Time Cap: 40 min

Accessory/Extra: 3 sets → 10 DB Bicep Curls + 10/10 Banded Rear Delt Flys 💥

Goal: Build upper body strength, add accessory work, and push conditioning.

Scaling: Reduce reps as needed, everyone can crush this session! 🔥
