🚨ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing CrossRox™ — The First Continuous Hybrid Performance Race🚨

After months of collaboration across the global fitness community, we’re excited to see the launch of CrossRox™ — a new competition format that combines the structure of HYROX with the performance demands of CrossFit… into one continuous, non-stop race.

No heats.
No separate workouts.
No resets.
Just one race. Start to finish.

🧠 What is CrossRox™?
CrossRox™ is a single, continuous competition where athletes move through a structured course that blends:
Running + machine work (Ski, Row, Bike)
Olympic lifting stations under fatigue
Advanced gymnastics elements (HSPU, BMU, RMU)
Functional strength challenges (sleds, carries)
Strategic pacing and transition management

Everything happens in sequence.
Once you start… you don’t stop.

🏁 How It Works
Athletes will complete a multi-stage race course, moving station to station with no breaks, no re-seeding, and no separation between “events.”

Example flow:
1km run
SkiErg
Barbell complex (clean + front squat + STOH)
1km run
Gymnastics station (toes-to-bar → muscle-ups)
Sled push / pull
Row or Bike interval
Carry + lunge sequence
Final grind combining multiple elements

All under one clock.
