We're live! Introducing our new website and community space; our website has been updated.

Our new website is up and running, and we're so glad you're here. Whether you're part of our book club, one of our support groups, or joining us for the first time, this space was built with you in mind.

A quick note on accounts and re-registration
As part of this move, some members may need to create a new account to access group discussions and features. If you were part of a previous group, you may have been migrated automatically. If you're unsure, try logging in first. If that doesn't work, registering takes just a minute.

A few things worth knowing:
Joining the online discussion groups is free. Some live sessions carry a $5 fee, and that will always be clearly stated before you sign up for anything.

The login and registration buttons are on the site. Login is for returning members. Registration is for setting up your discussion board access for the first time. They are separate steps, and both are easy to find.

It's feeling constantly on edge, like you're waiting for the other shoe to drop.

It's emotional flashbacks that hit without warning.

It's struggling to trust yourself and others.

Sharing this from here in Puerto Vallarta — things are moving back toward normal. Streets are being cleared, businesses are reopening, neighbors are checking on neighbors. There’s something powerful about watching a community come together in real time.
At the same time, there is damage. There are people cleaning up, repairing what can be, and processing what just happened. Both things can be true — resilience and impact.

When healing feels overwhelming, take some deep breaths.

Deep breath in, hold it for 3 seconds and let it out.

Try to imagine the tension, stress, and upset feelings release with every breath out, and breath in the peace, breath in the relaxing feelings, breath in the good.

It's the small steps that count, and sometimes that's the biggest steps you can make. And that's okay, it's normal, and you can heal with time because you deserve it. 😌
