Greek yogurt is a delicious snack and a versatile ingredient. It's thicker and creamier than regular yogurt due to extra straining of liquid during its processing.

It contains a higher protein content than regular yogurt as well as other nutrients such as calcium, vitamin B12, riboflavin, and more.

Some ways to enjoy it are:
-Add toppings like berries, granola, nuts/seeds to make a delicious yogurt parfait
-Make a super simple tzatziki dip or tzatziki-base salad dressing
-Go savoury by adding poached eggs and some seasonings to make Cilbir (Turkish Eggs)

Halloumi is a cheese made from goat and sheep's milk and is great for grilling and frying. It remains firm when heated and has a bit of a salty taste to it already.

It's a good source of protein and calcium. Halloumi can be added to many dishes such as salads, skewers, and wraps like this!

Making your own jam can actually be easy! It's a great way to use up any frozen fruit or overly ripe fruit you may have.

All you need for this is your choice of fruit, some lemon juice, sweetener (optional), and other additions (like chia seeds).

This jam has chia seeds added because when it absorbs the fruit's liquids, it can give that jammy texture while providing nutrients and fibre.

The perfect breakfast in a quick bite! These egg muffins are extremely versatile; you can add whatever you want in them - pepper, onion, broccoli, spinach, ham, cheese, anything! They are a great source of protein and are filling too which will help you last the morning until lunch!
