Meet the trainer behind Ashlar Safety — hi, I’m Stephan. 👋

I’m an IVES Certified Master Trainer with more than 30 years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and hands-on construction roles. Since 2019, I’ve trained over 4,000 mobile equipment operators and certified instructors through the IVES operator and Train-the-Trainer programs Canada-wide.

Everything I teach is grounded in real worksites — real hazards, real equipment, and real solutions that strengthen inspections, compliance, operator confidence, and improved operational performance.

Glad to have you here. Looking forward to sharing more practical training tips, safety insights, and on-site moments with you all.

Safety. Performance. Empowerment.

What’s Wrong with This Picture? 🚨
Scratched, faded, or unreadable data plate = serious safety risk.
Without clear capacity or lift data, you’re operating blind and that’s how overloads, dropped loads, and liability happen. ⚠️

👉 If the plate isn’t clear, the machine cannot be used.
