At Ashlar Safety, training is led by an IVES Certified Master Trainer with over 30 years of senior-level experience in operations management within manufacturing and supply chain sectors, complemented by practical knowledge in construction. As an IVES Training Group Certified Master Trainer, he trains and qualifies trainers to use the IVES program to train operators. Canada-wide problem: we accept wallet cards as “proof.”

They aren’t.

A card doesn’t prove theory testing, practical evaluation, site authorization, requalification, or who signed off as a qualified evaluator.

If something goes wrong, nobody cares about the card they care what you verified and what you can prove.
