If you’re an over giver like me.

Here are 3 steps to start receiving and filling your cup full again. 🌹

Firstly, start saying no to the things that are draining you and taking too much from you. It can be as small as moving a friend hang to another day. Don’t worry if they love you and care for you they won’t mind.
To bigger things like taking a day off work without guilt. A little bit of compassion for yourself goes a long way. 🚫

Second up, go treat yourself to a self care date day. This can be anything from booking a massage, going out on a flower picking walk, or even going to see a movie on a Tuesday. Life is too short and learning to enjoy it along the way replisnishes the inner self. 🧖‍♀️

Number 3, making your self a warm cup of cacao, tea, or mocktail. And sitting quietly while drinking it. Letting the warm drink nourish you. ☕️

🍃 I completed my Vijnana yoga training

🫧 I was traveling as a flight attendant around Europe

💛 I started back watercolour

🐅 I was deep into what is now the fondation of most of my spiritual practices now

💕 I ended my own engagement and was still healing

Can’t get over how fast time flys 🙏✨

You don’t have to keep pushing to just “get through it”. Softening is a god given right.

Your softness is your superpower.

Never have I heard deeper truths than the chords that play within my own heart. 💛

A reminder to all: your heart holds the intuition, love, and guidance you seek. All you have to do is quiet the noise and look within.

In a world so loud, it can be hard to hear your own inner voice. You get used to carrying other people’s truths about you — sometimes offered with love, sometimes not.

But one thing I can promise: if you allow yourself to become still, your heart will whisper her truth to you. She will never lead you astray, and she holds nothing but the deepest love for you. ✨🤍
