Lately I’ve found that after a Reiki/Chakra Balancing session
at Soul Reflexions Wellness Studio, my clients asking me: “How can I keep up this calm feeling, or how can I come back to it? “
Here is a simple technique that works for me. You can do it just before you go to sleep, or just when you wake up still lying in bed. I put my hands on each chakras, taking 3 long, deep breaths and with each breath I repeat the relevant word ..."I am safe" at my root chakra, "I am creative" at my Navel chakra...and so on.
