Golden Horn Turkish Cafe is diagonally across from the Vancouver City Hall on Cambie Street. The entrance of Golden Horn is at the ground level of Plaza 500 building on Cambie side, 2857 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 3Y8. Plenty of street parkings is around the cafe. Dear all,
Date: Sat., Nov 8th @ 10:30am (Cypress Falls parking lot)
Finally our weather got sunny again. I am excited to schedule this spiritual walk/ hike at Cypress Falls in West Vancouver to experience some forest bath in a high vibrational environment. This is an intermediate level hike. It will require a bit of climbing, but nothing too challenging. We will also experience some high spiritual vibration provided by the nature surrounding the trail we are on. We will end at the head of the big waterfall to enjoy some refreshing sound of the falling water and Phytoncidin along the way there by the trees.
We will meet up at the Cypress Falls parking lot nearby Hwy 1 exit 4 (Woodgreen Dr./ Headland Dr.) around 10:30am. The entire walk, round trip, takes about two hours. After the hike, we can then go to lunch together as an optional choice. We will decide where to eat after the hike.
More information about the location of the Cypress Falls parking lot can be found here, https://westvancouver.ca/.../parks-trails/cypress-falls-park We might have to pay for expensive parking fees here, so car pooling to share the parking fees is highly suggested. There is also a bus station nearby if you decide to take transit.

Dear all,

Welcome to join us to casually walk around the Rice Lake in North Vancouver, to enjoy some spiritual cleansing by the high vibrational energy surrounding this lake. We will enjoy the forest bath while having interesting spiritual conversations to soothe our souls with easy exercise and relaxation. This trail is an easy trail very well paved. You are welcome to bring your children to come and enjoy this walk.

After our walk around the lake ( in about one hour time), it is optional for you to join us for an enjoyable lunch together if you are free. We will decide where to go for lunch after our walk.

Please meet up at the Rice Lake parking lot at 10:30am. The address of the parking lot is 4450 Lillooet Rd., North Vancouver. Take the Mt Seymour PKWY exit to Lillooet Rd towards Capilano University. Keep going upwards after passing the Capilano University until the end of the road through many humps, then curve right into the Rice Lake parking.
