Happy New Year dear ones. Im emerging from a contemplative study cycle, my usual process in the dark weeks bridging December and January.
Coming into a new year, for me means the closets of my mind need cleaning out, attention, integration. Why? To differentiate the past from the now. To let there be space to grieve and appreciate the finite quality of this life going by.
This is how new beginnings and true divergence from familiar trauma cycles are best set up. It is a blend of the heavy and the light.
