We are located in downtown Vancouver on the sixth floor of the Scotia Tower. The tower is at the intersection of Georgia Street and Seymour Street. The practice was founded in the 1960's by Dr. Frank W. It moved to the Toronto Dominion Tower in 1971 and to it's newest location in Scotia Tower in 2003. Dr. David Mitchell and Associates are happy to accept new patients!
