So, again and again, their coffee, is the best coffee I have ever had, especially when Mas Fuji-san drips it! Today I picked up 3 bags of beans from Basho Cafe, and our place is filled with an awesome aroma..... I can't wait for the morning!
Fungus free, weird-buzz free!

The Royal City Market was good. Great to seeing familiar vendors and customers in New West.

We'll be at the Coquitlam Farmers Market tomorrow from 9am to 1pm. Get the freshly roasted beans and watch the World cup soccer games at home with your favorite coffee!

Koji, hour 39. Aspergillus oryzae, 'my baby', is growing inward to pe*****te grains. The last stretch of its growth, hoping the temp is going up! Smelling like chestnut.
