We cannot heal what we have not yet seen. This is the wisdom that inspired this new blog post, as I know too well how the veil of low mood can creep in at this time of year. I do admit, I am one of those people who loves the rain and finds the wintery weather cosy and exciting. However, that can also come with a pull to contract inwardly, so I try to be mindful to keep the path towards connection with myself clear. The longer, darker days are a perfect time to connect with our feelings so we can understand our experience. As we embrace the darkness for healing, we can start to plant the seeds for change. πβ¨
I hope you find this blog post comforting.
