I’ve been thinking hard about ways I can help fight racism and support BIPOC. I think one of our goals should be to keep the conversation going, long-term, especially with future generations. I’ve drawn up this printable colouring page with the hopes anyone with/interacting with children can initiate a conversation about anti-racism. I’ve also drawn this piece and made it a digital print that you may use for whatever you like - phone background, Instagram post, printed and hung in your house or workplace, etc. - with the hopes this conversation is ongoing and not temporary.

To get a printable colouring page or digital print* please send donations to PayPal.me/MacRiach (friends + family option to avoid fees). I will then email you the print/colouring page and pass these donations onto and . Colouring page minimum donation: $3, Print minimum donation: $7. For any donation more than $10, I will email you both!

Dear clients,

Everyone at has agreed to make the extremely difficult decision to close temporarily, effective immediately. It is our moral and ethical responsibility to safeguard the health and well-being of our staff, clients and community. This is never something we ever imagined would be necessary but it is vital we try to flatten the curve and slow the spread of this virus as much as possible. After this is over we should be so fortunate as to look back and think we were over cautious. We must choose love and selflessness at this turning point in our lifetimes.
We do not know when it will be safe to reopen but we will do so as soon as possible!
If you have an upcoming appointment you will be hearing from me in the next few days, if you haven’t already.

My clients, visitor’s of Arcane Body Arts, and the current CoVid-19 situation:
My number one priority has always been, and will always be, the health and safety of both Arcane’s clients and staff. Therefore, we ask that you please reschedule/post-pone your appointment if you feel you may be coming down with something, currently sick or recovering - we are also doing the very best to keep our studio safe for everyone. This also means I will honour any deposits you have made towards an appointment with me.
Doing our due diligence means that we are maintaining our high standards of hand washing, cross contamination and aseptic technique, and disinfecting surfaces even more than we usually do.
In return, we ask that you: reschedule if you are sick/recovering/maybe coming down with something/have been with those who have been sick; come alone to your appointments to limit excess people in the studio; wash your hands/use hand sanitizer upon entering the shop; if you’ve traveled outside of BC (or have come in contact with people who have) in the last 2 week please let me know and we can reschedule; and lastly, if you are at all worried or anxious about coming in, I will work to ensure we can rescheduled to a time that is convenient for both of us!

Lash line enhancement tattoos look great with makeup, as well as without! It’s an added little ‘pop’ that makes your eyes stand out and doesn’t take time to apply in the morning. Now who wouldn’t want that? 👁

One of my favourite clients to work on are those with darker/cooler toned lips. Using a coral colour to cancel out the blue/purple tones gives us a neutral base to then apply our ‘goal’ colour to 🌺

This client completed SMP on his full head approximately 1.5 years ago. He came in for a refresher on just his hairline and wanted it more squared off around the temples 🔳🔲
SMP is surprisingly versatile! Since it is semi-permanent, as the pigment fades and softens changing your hairline to a different shape becomes totally possible. Many clients also choose to use their refresher session to add more density elsewhere, if their thinning has progressed.
