Using square feet form, hip distance apart .
Press big toe side of foot, load weight into bed
Feel pressure into inside knee, inside leg, into perineum.
Into psoas inside hip, into abs,
front of at T12-LUMBAR 5.
First one foot, then the other.
Access sublime power chain of energy.
Witness commands from big toes,feet, knee, groin to abs.
Repeat daily for decades until muscle memories takes hold.
Brain connects to repeat motion.
