Introducing T-Mode™ Heart 🫀

Overlay real-time anatomy labels directly on your scan so you always know what you're looking at, from the LV and RV to the mitral valve and beyond. No more cross-referencing textbooks mid-exam.

And don't just take our word for it. Dr. Brian Johnson puts it best, "Students can learn in real time, and when they're not sure what they're seeing, T-Mode is there as a support and refresher."

Available with Membership on PAL, PA, and C3 HD3 scanners.

Ever wished you could see the long and short axis of a pathology at the exact same time? Or compare a patient’s left and right structures side-by-side?

The Clarius Split Screen feature allows you to divide your display into two or four independent sections. It’s the ultimate tool for:
📍 Symmetry checks (Normal vs. Abnormal)
📍 Longitudinal and Transverse comparisons
📍 Assessing vessels with and without Color Doppler
📍 Faster, more accurate volume measurements

Stop second-guessing and start seeing the full picture in real-time.

The Clarius App defaults to Auto Gain to optimize your brightness instantly. But what if you need to fine-tune your image for a specific clinical scenario?

In this month’s tip, our resident sonographer Shelley Guenther shows you how to unlock manual Time Gain Compensation (TGC).

Shelley’s Pro Tip: Don't hesitate to manually adjust TGC when anatomy or pathology demands it. If you're scanning a carotid artery and see artifacts from overlying structures, simply:

✅ Tap the orange “A” to deactivate Auto Gain
✅ Decrease “Near Gain” to clean up echoes in the vessel
✅ Increase “Far Gain” to brighten deeper structures
