Lunar New Year always feels extra special to me 🧧✨

The Year of the Horse holds a lot of meaning in our family — my oldest son Owen was born in a Horse year 12 years ago, and it honestly feels like yesterday I was holding him as a baby. Seeing these photos side-by-side now (then and now with both my boys!) is a beautiful reminder of how fast time flies and how much there is to celebrate.

For those who don’t have time to make their own products, I also offer of line of natural, organic home and body care products - Holistic Essentials – that are handmade from 100% natural ingredients. Ways I Can Help You: -Assess your home and/or workplace and create a personalized guide to help you reduce your exposure to toxins that are in the air, water, body care products, food, and more. -Teach you what to look for in body care and other household products -Coach and support you on food and nutrition -Support you in having a healthier and greener pregnancy, and postpartum and newborn care
