I provide support through personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and online mentoring sessions. For those who don’t have time to make their own products, I also offer of line of natural, organic home and body care products - Holistic Essentials – that are handmade from 100% natural ingredients. Ways I Can Help You: -Assess your home and/or workplace and create a personalized guide to help you reduce your exposure to toxins that are in the air, water, body care products, food, and more. -Teach you what to look for in body care and other household products -Coach and support you on food and nutrition -Support you in having a healthier and greener pregnancy, and postpartum and newborn care
