To cut through the chatter + drama of the mind/body narrative, try some inner housekeeping; meditation + mantra.
It can be as simple as a few minutes to attention to your breathing, or reciting “I love you, Thank you” over + over to yourself.
Of course, the ancient wise ones offered beautiful sound codes that have been transmitted throughout time for hundreds, if not thousands of years. Mantras are so powerful, + if you choose to link into these sacred sounds with devotion, you may immediately sense the medicine.
The noise of our minds and environments can bombard us with story + emotion. How you relate can be up to you. Witnessesing with acceptance and bringing conscious choice to how you might redirect unconscious, distracted mind is an exercise of will.
Having the willingness to invite focus in another direction, may catalyze your experience. ⚡️👁⚡️
Practicing these tools, we find suspension or space, and can connect above the noise, to our expansive sense of Self, maybe even opening to a new dimension of reality.
