✈️ Heading out for the holidays? Whether you’re driving to visit family or flying across the country, travel can be tough on your back. Small habits make a big difference:

• Lift luggage with your legs (not your back).
• Use a small lumbar roll or towel for back support on long drives.
• Take movement breaks every 30–60 minutes to walk and stretch.
• Pack a small resistance band for simple mobility exercises at your destination.

If persistent travel pain shows up, our physiotherapists can give a quick pre-trip check and targeted tips so you arrive (and leave) feeling your best. Tell us — where are you traveling this season? 👇
