Green Room Yoga We are a lovely little East Vancouver yoga studio. 2645 East Hastings at www.greenroomyoga.ca. A yoga studio that teaches you more than "movement".

There is ample street parking along with parking available behind (former)London Drugs. Located on the 2nd floor it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. We teach you how to move with integrity, in a focused and quiet way. We teach you how to find the movement that supports you where you are right now. So you can grow stronger safely, and with joy.

As we settle into a fall with the business that the season can bring, mindfulness practices offer a way to cultivate our inner listening, filter through our habitual patterns, thoughts and behaviours, and unearth our true nature of being.
