Hiring Receptionist/Office Administrator for Chiro Office

M Chiropractic is looking for a friendly and organized individual who has a passion for helping others. M Chiropractic is a small clinic that has been serving the Victoria/Fraserview community since 2012. As the receptionist you represent the clinic, communicating with patients, organizing payments and maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Must have:
Friendly and helpful demeanor in person and over the phone.
Organizational skills: filing paperwork, submitting insurance claims, tracking payments.
Administrative skills: communicating with patients, insurance providers, adjusters and lawyers in a professional manner.
Experience handling cash, credit card and direct deposit transactions.
Cooperative disposition: assisting both patients and practitioners with their needs in the clinic.
Good typing skills and a familiarity with Excel, Word, etc.

Encouraged, but not required:
Multilingual: We provide service to a multitude of patients from all parts of the world and any ability to more effectively communicate with them is optimal.
Experience using the JaneApp system.
Has an interest in chiropractic and/or acupuncture.
