Margaret joined our Client Care Team in 2024, but she’s been part of the Better Bodies community since 2018 as a dedicated HIIT and personal training client. Her ongoing transformation journey has been one of strength, growth, and connection - discovering how movement can spark both physical and inner change.

With years of client-focused experience and a background in graduate education administration, Margaret helps ensure every visit to Better Bodies feels smooth, supportive, and welcoming. She loves being part of the team that cheers you on as you put in the work to reach your goals.

Outside the gym, Margaret is a trauma-informed spiritual coach, and she also enjoys painting, spending time in nature, and continuing her own journey of learning and self-discovery.
