Here’s how to access the root (or the seed):

*first, make sure you are resourced enough to explore this.

1. Think about the recent event. What is the worst part of it?
2. What is the negative thing you think about yourself when u think about that? (Think value statement, or judgement like I’m bad, not good enough, don’t have control).
3. Notice the feeling that comes up in your body
4. Let your mind lead you to the first time you felt that feeling.

Now,

Go to that version of yourself and let them know their feelings matter, and that you’re here with them.
