This 1.5‑hour workshop introduces core work and career skills, including workplace professionalism, communication basics, interview preparation, resume essentials, and understanding employer expectations.

Join Foundry Virtual BC for for Brave in Your Body, a free 5-week body image group where youth will explore their relationship with food & their body, while gaining tools and skills to manage uncomfortable feelings. This group is open to anyone who has felt the pressure to look a certain way based on society’s standards or is struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, body image, diet culture or weight stigma.

Caregivers Group alert! Foundry Virtual BC's Art Exploration group is back for the spring. This group will use art to experience mindfulness, self-care, community, and focus on exploring our values and personal identity.
This virtual group will support caregivers of youth aged 12-24 in gaining skills to explore their caregiving values and self-care in a safe and creative environment. No previous art skills are required!

Learning the in's and out's of Taxes can feel overwhelming. This workshop breaks down the basics — earnings, benefits, tax credits, CRA tools, and how to spot scams. This workshop is open to any young person aged 12-24 living in BC, and is in partnership with the Canada Revenue Agency and Coast Capital. Tax filing information will not be discussed.

This Eating Disorder Awareness Week, we’re teaming up with to share resources, insights, and supports.
Looking Glass Foundation for Eating Disorders offers a variety of low-barrier, accessible programs and services that require no referral or formal diagnosis for those 14 years of age and older seeking support.
Foundry offers free and confidential health and wellness services to BC youth ages 12-24 and their caregivers.
By leading with compassion, understanding, and open conversation, together we challenge the harmful stigma surrounding eating disorders. Recovery isn’t linear — everyone deserves care, respect, and accessible support at every stage of their journey.

More support for youth mental health is coming to communities across B.C. 💙
Foundry centres are expanding service offerings to nearby communities in Pemberton, West Kelowna, Summerland, 100 Mile House, and Port McNeill, bringing essential mental health and addiction supports closer to home.
Youth aged 12–24 and their families will be able to access mental health and substance use supports, physical and sexual health care, peer support, and social services.
This expansion is backed by a $1.7 million provincial investment and ongoing funding to support care in local communities.
Looking for ways to support your young person? Struggling to find ways to communicate effectively? Join Foundry Virtual BC in our upcoming Emotional Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) workshop! This 2-day workshop will help caregivers learn skills to connect and support their loved one. Any caregiver of a youth aged 12-24 living in BC can join this virtual workshop.
Rylee works as a youth peer support worker at Foundry. As someone with both Indigenous and white heritage, he understands how important it is for young people to feel seen and respected.
He helps youth explore identity, connect with culture, and access inclusive support. His story shows how Foundry’s free, youth-friendly services meet young people where they are.
