Foundry offers health and wellness resources, services and supports for youth ages 12-24 and their families/caregivers across BC. Foundry's page is monitored from 8am-4pm Monday - Friday. Foundry brings health and social services together in a single place to make it easier for young people to find the care, connection and support they need. We are committed to changing lives, communities and our systems, because young people are our future. In addition to the Granville Youth Health Centre, we are establishing Foundry centres in Abbotsford, Campbell River, Kelowna, North Shore and Prince George. By uniting mental health and substance use, health and social support services under one roof, we aim to bridge the gaps and make it easier for young people to access the care and connection they need to forge a path to wellness. Take a look inside the brand new Foundry Surrey Central, which opened in November and is welcoming young people ages 12-24 and their families. This centre provides free, confidential mental-health, substance-use, physical and sexual health care, peer support, and social services, all in one accessible, youth-friendly space.

Foundry Surrey Central is part of a growing provincial network of integrated youth wellness services. With 19 Foundry centres now open across BC and 16 more in development, more young people than ever are gaining access to timely, barrier-free support close to home.

As a parent and caregiver, when Stacey’s child’s school became part of a Foundry wellness project, everything changed. The school went from having almost no counselling resources to offering a welcoming space where youth could connect with support virtually and in person.

Since then, Stacey has seen students open up more about mental health and wellbeing, helping to break down stigma and build community.

When Husain moved to Vancouver as a young q***r person, it was harder than he expected. He was struggling with depression, OCD, and anxiety, and decided to reach out for help.

At Foundry, Husain received free counselling and medical support. He found a doctor he trusts and a safe, welcoming space where he could access the care he needed.

Foundry offers inclusive, youth-friendly services across mental health, physical and sexual health, and social support. All services are free and available to any young person in need.
