We’re celebrating 10 years of Foundry with stories from youth, caregivers, and care providers. Here’s the first one.
After university, Danielle found the transition to life after school tougher than she expected.
The next chapter felt overwhelming, until she reached out to Foundry.
She explored free youth counselling, peer support groups, and online tools that helped her better understand what she was going through. The experience gave her a life changing sense of community.
Foundry supports young people in living a good life, no matter their situation or background. From counselling to physical and sexual health, peer support, and more, all services are free and youth-friendly.
