My favourite warming drink! 🍵⁣

Monk fruit sweetener ⁣
Oat milk ⁣

Matcha contains many health beneficial compounds such as theanine, a very calming amino acid that balances out the caffeine content, and catechins like EGCG which is very anti-inflammatory. 3 Ingredient Shortbread Cookies 🍪⁣⁣- 2 1/2 cups superfine almond flour⁣- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted ⁣- 1/2 cup pure map...

3 Ingredient Shortbread Cookies 🍪⁣

- 2 1/2 cups superfine almond flour⁣
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted ⁣
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup ⁣
- 1 pinch sea salt ⁣
- A splash of vanilla extract ⁣

Mix all together, roll onto a log, put in fridge for 2 hours. I modified the baking temperature in my mini oven and baked at 250 degrees F on a lined baking sheet for 35 minutes so the cookies were extra crunchy.  Done!👩🏻‍🍳 ⁣
