What a roller coaster of a year! Thank you for being apart of it. I wish you a merry Christmas wherever you are. I decided to spend mine in Port Renfrew. Once I got past Sooke, the scenic and winding highway was quiet and gave me time to reflect, smile and appreciate so many moments that happened to me this year.

I’ve been in Victoria a couple of months now and am feeling more settled with work. I always offer traditional and lymphatic massage, but am really missing doing face-focused massage! To be honest it’s one of my favourite treatments. It’s a combination of lymphatic, therapeutic and wellness massage. If you have tension in your shoulders and neck, I can easily spend time in these areas. Face-focussed massage addresses the chest, neck, face and scalp + intra-oral massage (you are welcome to skip this part, it’s not painful - and I think a helpful part of the experience!) Hello, I left the Golden Collective in May. Since then I’ve been to England, Portugal and home to Ontario. But…it’s time to get back to work! I’ll be starting at Right Fit Clinic in Langford on Vancouver Island. My schedule is now live. I’ll be available Sundays & Thursdays beginning on August 10th.
