Real strength doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from moving smarter.

The Smart–Frequent–Hard principle of The Hundred Year Plan teaches rhythm before resistance. “Smart” means aligned and intentional.

“Frequent” means consistent, small steps. “Hard” comes last—applied only when the foundation is stable. Without rhythm, effort becomes stress.
