It wasn't ambition. It was anxiety. The constant urge to move, fidget, and escape when you’re already safe is the feeling of a nervous system stuck in "flight mode."

Learning the language of your body (hello, Polyvagal Theory 👋) is the only way to signal safety and finally find stillness.
