4 Red Flags When Hiring Front Desk Staff
1. The Job-Hopper
Does their resume read like a tour through the city's job market?
If the applicant has had multiple jobs in the last year, that’s a red flag.
2. Not Focused

3. Late to the Interview

4. Benefits over Practice

It’s a sign they’re not truly invested in the role.
These will cost you time, money, and patients.
Spot them early. Fix them fast.
