Would you ever think that out of all the foods in the world, that butter would actually aid in long term weight loss. I don't think so! This saturated fat contains many health promoting properties, but yet it is still labeled as a food that causes heart decease and cardiovascular issues in the body....

Congratulations to Paula Vanni who completed the BMO Marathon in 3 hours and 44 mins. Paula knocked over 30 mins off of her previous best and has qualified for the Boston Marathon. Also well done Jinous Goerzen. Jinous finished her first half marathon in 2 hours 11
