We had so much fun at the McSpadden County Fair yesterday! We truly love our neighbourhood, and appreciate the value of fun, connection and community - with a touch of the absurd - that we enjoy each year at the Fair. It’s all a part of great mental health!

We've still got a few spaces open in our brief, accessible, 3 part online 'lunch and learn' Nervous System Reset Group, starting this Thursday at 12-1pm.
In this group you'll learn the basics about regulating your nervous system and some practical tips and tricks that you can put into your mental health toolbox!
It's affordable (and we even have a sliding scale spot available) fun, and run by one of our counselling specialists, Angela Yaroshuk, RCC, and our Intern Jennifer Thompson. More info:
