✨For as long as I can remember I struggled with my body, struggled with terrible anxiety, worst case scenario thinking and depression. After calling the crisis line in University when I was at a very low point, I found my entryway to healing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨No one had ever talked about anxiety when we were younger. I didn’t even know what it was. Working with a mental health practitioner was the first time I found some safety in what I was going through. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

✨Years after seeing a therapist, psychologist and counsellor I started to feel more like myself but it was when I found reiki that everything changed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

✨After my first session I felt an unimaginable sense of peace and healing. I connected with my younger self and felt so much love and compassion.
