⤵️As time and gravity do their thing, the corners of the mouth can start to turn downward. This happens because of volume loss and reduced elasticity in the surrounding tissue. It’s a normal part of aging, but something we can beautifully improve.

There are several treatment options for softening marionette lines, including:

• Neurotoxin to relax muscles that pull the corners downward (DAO, Platysmal and Mentalis)

• Hyaluronic acid filler placed at multiple levels for support and lift

• Sculptra to boost collagen, improve skin quality, and thicken the tissue over time

Each technique can be used alone or combined for a more natural, elevated result.

🫠If you’re bothered by small, stubborn pockets of fat that don’t respond to diet or skincare, fat-dissolving injections (often called “lipodissolve” or deoxycholate treatments) can help refine and contour your features without the need for surgery.

🧑🏻‍🔬This treatment uses compounded pharmaceutical-grade deoxycholate, a molecule your body naturally produces to help break down dietary fat to gradually reduce unwanted fullness in targeted areas.

Typical treatment plans involve 2–6 sessions, spaced about a month apart, to subtly sculpt areas such as:
